Buhle Nene was the first one to call me back

Buhle Nene was the first one to call me back. I couldn't speak immediately to him and made an appointment to phone me later. We kept on missing each other, so when I've tried the call centre, all the Buhle's wanted to sign me up but it wasn't 'my' Buhle..😊 so after yet another missed call he sent me an email and I could call him and my gut feeling was on point. Buhle Nene went over and above what was expected from him. He explained and helped me with kindness and sincerity. Thank you Buhle, I was not really interested in doing my insurance through Outsurance, but you really made the YAY!!! I'M HAPPY! happened... God bless you and thank you again for a job done beyond excellent.
