I have been emailing, calling, and messaging to receive my rightful R500 cash back since the quote was nearly DOUBLE my current premium. Getting even the One Time Secure PIN SMS has been a mission from the start taking a couple of hours at first and now I don't get it at all. And you can't move forward if you don't get it. Surprise surprise!! The person who should be helping me (Gugu Khumalo) has emailed once and never gotten back to my query. It feels like you don't stick to what you guys say.
