Broken tiles
In 9 Sep 2016, I had a claim with Outsurance regarding a burst pipe in my bathroom. I fixed the pipe myself as I couldn't go without water. They sent out a Company by the name of Phuthanang Ma Africa PLUMBING Services. The assessors assessed my claim and gave through the report to Outsurance who declined the claim for the damages the water made... The water lift a few tiles and today because of the water I have a lot of broken tiles which almost harmed my 2 year old daughter.. I had to get out another company but financially couldn't go forth. Please Outsurance I hope that you guys are no longer using this company. To date I still cant figure out what they saw different from what the damages were.
