Brilliant , Warm service

I have been meaning to change insurance companies for 6 months now and never got to doing it, either because the quote was not good or the company did not really care about my needs. But this lady was brilliant.. She listened to what happened with the previous insurance company, gave a quote, chatted and gave me peace of mind.
