Brilliant Service

I recently had to claim from their Pet-Insurance division. The experience was easy and pleasant. I went onto the OUTsurance app, logged a claim, submitted the documents onto the app at the same time and thought it would take some time to resolve. I was called 2 hours later by a lovely lady named Nelisizwe, who really seemed to care about how my pet was. She advised that the payment would be processed immediately. Thank you for great service and for taking the financial burden and stress off my shoulders.
