Brilliant service as first timer

We recently moved over to Outsurance right before a trip outside of South Africa. Luckily we did as we had to be towed back right towards the end of our trip. The team at Outsurance made every effort to get in touch with us, when we had signal difficulties and made the process as simple and painless as possible. There were no questions asked, the claiming was simple and we received the amount as promised, within 3 days of claiming.
