Brilliant service - Angelique Brown

Angelique Brown is an asset to any company and I hope that Outsurance pays her a very good salary to stay. She is efficient, friendly, and she phones you with feedback when she tells you she will. She constantly kept me informed of progress with the claim again Coke (Peninsula Beverages) after my car was hit by them while being parked in the road and although they were aware of it, they drove off. Luckily we found a witness a couple of days later who saw the incident. Angelique kept me informed of progress with the witness etc etc at all times. After about 5 weeks I now received my excess that I paid to the panelbeaters back into my account on Tuesday this week.<br> <br> Brilliant service!!!
