Brilliant Service!!!

I had an incident where my vehicle was knocked into. I called Outsurance and within minutes the call centre agent was able to assist me with a booking at my convenience, for the next day (saturday) with the assessor. I was relieved and impressed at the service and time. When I arrived at the assessor, that was the cherry on top. The assessor, Suren Bunsee, was absolutely amazing...the time, explanation, processes and feedback to me was matchless and to top that he assisted with getting me a courtesy vehicle from the panel beaters, who were also professional and accommodating. It was a good experience all round.
