Brilliant Outsurance!

I'd always had good experiences with Outsurance, but a few months ago I was going to consolidate all of my short term cover and this meant I was going to change underwriters. On receiving my Cancellation Request I was contacted by an absolutely relentless Retention Agent who changed my mind with facts, numbers and pure perseverance. I actually phoned Outsurance a couple of weeks afterwards to compliment the lady, that's how impressive she was. Anyway not 12 months later I had a bit of a car disaster, and the service and the results I got from Outsurance (particularly John in Motor Warranty Claims) was nothing short of mindblowing. I am beyond impressed. At every point of contact it feels like this company truly has the best interests of their customers at heart. Well done.
