Brilliant Mphela - Excellent Service

<p>I have had a couple problems with Outsurance over the past couple months with regards to my car insurance and the things I had believed I was covered for and I wasn't. Naturally this happens when you first get insurance and then bad things happen and you only find out then what you are covered for.</p> <p>So as I have gone through the motions I was pleasant surprised today when I spoken to a Mr. Brilliant Mphela he explained in detail to me exactly what my insurance covered what more I needed, when I questioned why I needed certain things he backed up his statements in a professional and deep knowledge for the subject matter he was covering.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned quite late in the afternoon, however Brilliant was upbeat, friendly, helpful and genuinely a decent individual. Compared to some of the phone calls I've had with Outsurance this is an individual going places. Call center work I believe can be a challenging job in many respects, but I felt it necessary to ask for this gentlemans name and surname so I could commend his good work ethic.</p> <p> </p> <p>well done Brilliant! </p>
