BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

December last year, I spoke to a lady Queen who helped me update my policy. What an amazing women, bubbly, friendly, helpful and the list could go on. In all the years I have been with Outsurance, I have NEVER experienced BAD SERVICE. I don't know what it is about Outsurance, but I would like to know how they conduct their interviews. They seem to employee the RIGHT people WITHOUT ATTITUDE. Honestly think OTHER CALL CENTERS can get a few tips from Outsurance.
