Brilliant Client Care Advisor

I was recently assisted on my policy by one of OUTsurance's Client Care advisors and felt I had to give the lady credit for her exceptional service, friendliness and clear verbal communication. Sometimes the call centres are so noisy and I can't hear the advisor clearly, but yesterday was not one of those days. We also had to do a call back, and the lady was right on time.
