Brendon at Outsurance

Brendon at outsurance. Unfortunately I did not get his surname,but he was on duty the night i called frantically, that my geyser had not been properly replaced and boiling water was leaking through my ceiling and damaging my carpets.Brendon sprang into action and got Drain Busters out as the original company were not available at10.30pm. Brendon kept in touch with me until everthing was fixed,and then called me in the morning before he went off duty,to put me through to claims.You are one in a million and as an old pensioner I will always remember your service to me in my time of need, well done Brendon.
