Breach of the contract by Outsurance

I have been a loyal Life insurance policy holder from this company for ±10 years. I have never defaulted with any of my premium for that period . Unfortunately I am no longer having a job in my home country , next month I will be starting a new job in DRC . Two days ago I have phone outsurance informing them that I am now going to work outside SA so that I can be able to continue with my premium. I spoke to a gentlemen by name of Gert who said he will find out how this is going to affect my policy .Yesterday on 25 April 2019 he called back and indicated that the policy will only cover me only when I am in SA . I then indicated to him that this is a life policy and it can not only cover me one third period in a year and this means they are now breaking the agreement that I have with them. He argued that I am still insured . I then asked him what does the policy cover when I am outside the country and he indicated that there will be cover when I am outside SA under no circumstance . I then indicated to him that then outsurance must then pay back my premium with interest since they are breaking the agreement .He then argued that nothing is due to me. I now want to warn South Africans must be very much carefully when dealing with Outsurance since they are unfair and *****ing from the hardworking citizens. If you can't pay the premiums thepolicy lapse and if you are fortunate to obtain work in foreign country you are still guilty you loose the policy and all the premium you have contributed for decades . Can Outsurance please understand by either honouring the policy or refund me, since I have to go out mainly for survival.
