I called Outsurance today with a quick query, "when will I receive my OUTBonus". To my surprise, I was in incredibly under covered all for the sake of saving costs on my end. Bontle however advised me that for an additional R174 I would receive comprehensive cover which was a much better cover than the essential cover I was on. She took her time to explain the details on the cover aswell as her concerns if this is the only vehicle.
