Bogus promises of R500 if they can't beat your current quote!

Got a quote from Outsurance - it was worse than current insurer. Tried to claim the R500 (actually R1500 for being with same insurer claim free for 3 years). Was told to send my policy which I did. Nothing.

Called them - LOOONG story short - they said they can't pick up the quote on the system, I must send to them in real time - did. Received. Told they would call me back... Still waiting.

If you advertise something, stick to it Outsurance. Poor service.
