Good day
I have submitted a claim for an accident that I caused. I have been sending emails asking for an update on the matter and I am just blue ticked.
What is the use of being called by the insurance to be asked questions, then be told that the insurance will pay for the reparis of the third party but when I ask the person if her car is been fixed she says the insurance hasnt contacted her.
Why is this? Why do we pay for insurance with the terms that third parties will be covered but when the time comes for that to happen?

We are still waiting for the 3rd party to forward us the required documents. Once received, we can book the vehicle for an assessment and proceed with the 3rd party claim.
