Blown away by Outsurance's super efficient service

On Thursday, 26 March 2015 I went to collect my Mom in Pretoria to visit me for a couple of days in Potchefstroom. When it was time to leave, my young nephew packed her luggage in the boot of my BMW320d. Spare keys isn't something that I carry around with me so I am usually very careful where I leave my car keys. Unfortunately it so happened that I have locked my keys in the boot of my car. Unable to open it, my Mom, being an Outsurance client immediately phoned Outsurance, only for advice because I am not an Outsurance client and the challenge was related to my vehicle. May I say, blown away does not do justice to the super efficient service that we have received. The incident took place around 17:00 in the afternoon and by 18:00 I had my keys back in hand without spending a single sent. Outsurance and Dineo, I am beyond impressed and my sincere gratitude goes to you for an unexpected gift! Thank you kindly I will most certainly sing your praises where ever I go.
