Blown away by OUTsurance

Last night I went on the OUTsurance page to request a Life cover quote. Promptly at 8 am I got a call from one of their agents to assist me with a quotation. Unfortunately I could not take the call at the time and we arranged for her to call me back which she did.

The agent Thuli Dive was very professional yet personable. We had friendly banter while going through the process of answering all the questions. She listened attentively and showed empathy in terms of some of the personal issues that were disclosed as part of the screening process like a recent death of a loved one. The whole conversation felt like chatting to a friend although the professional standards were maintained.

This is the second time in one month I engage with OUTsurance and both time I had been blown away by their customer service and level of training and skill. I recently took out car insurance and I was not disappointed.

I have been sceptical in the past about OUTsurance because in the past when I requested car insurance quotations they always came out higher than some of the other competitors but I decided to give them another chance and I don't regret it. I was happy with both the car insurance and the life cover premium and obviously ecstatic about the customer service. Keep it up OUTsurance. Keep hiring great talent cause it's the people that make all the difference and of course the company culture and environment helps a lot too.
