Blown away by awesome service

Outsurance have made my day! Murphy flew by my place and destroyed both locks on my two security gates. In desperate need of a locksmith, I phoned Outsurance for a recommendation. They advised that my house holders insurance policy qualifies me for 2 locksmith callouts per year. So they would handle it. Then I phoned today to organise and I was advised by Stephen Kabini...my claim advisor that I should call him back when I got home and he would have someone at my place within 45 min. I got home a bit later than I thought, so I decided to wait until tomorrow. At 5.30pm, Stephen phoned me back and said he was concerned that I had not called back, was everything ok? I said it’s fine I will wait till tomorrow. He said no, that may not be safe, the locksmiths work 24 hours. Stephen phoned me back to confirm that the locksmith was caught up in traffic, but he would be there soon. Within 10 min Lucky arrived and changed my locks in 6 minutes flat. He had barely finished when Stephen phoned back to check if all was sorted before he went off shift. I am blown away by this level of customer service. Outsurance will have my business for ever!
