Blocked numbers

I am a client of outsurance and was told today by a staff member that my number and email address was blocked by management.

How dare outsurance blocks my means of contacting them.is this the kind of company outsurance really is.if that is the case then i want my policy cancelled and will make sure i tell everyone i know and use every social network to advise consumers how outsurance treats its customers

Thank you for notifying us. Kelvin our client relations manager called you to reassure you that your contact details were not blocked. It is very concerning to hear that a staff member would make a false statement like that. As per the email sent to you please respond with the staff members details.
