Blatantly pressured into signing with Outsurance - *******, no?

I was thrilled with the quote from Outsurance but needed time to think before signing on a long term contract as is fair. I liked everything about the quote and felt pretty sure I would take it, but I communicated to the agent that "I would call him directly when I've made my decision", this was ignored and I got called 4 times since I got the quote YESTERDAY morning.

During the last call I made it clear that I do not appreciate being pressured into making this decision, I understand he is a salesman and he's doing his job but I was clearly vocally becoming frustrated with his disregard for my preferred process. Then shockingly I was told "ok, I'm gonna be upfront with you - it's either a yes or a no".

Isn't it *******'s to pressure someone into signing a contract?? Anyway, I interrupted his sales talk with "then no dude", hung up and moved on. I'll happily look elsewhere for quotes. Stuff that.
