Blatant lie.

I will give the call lady, Charmain, credit for handling my outburst great. I unfortunately did not get her surname.

I received the R500/R1500 money back email if they can't beat your insurance, clicked the link and was surprised that OUTsurance had an online insurance quote. They don't, when you select get the quote at the end of all the questions, they inform you that someone will call you. Gues what, they will phone you every minute until you answer. I am busy with a customer seeing as it was an online assessment, so can't answer.

Answer call 7, and I am angry. I want to know if you think its professional to pone me 7 times in the span of 13 minutes. I am told that this is the first call, OUTsurance won't do that, with my information being on the internet it could have been any other insurer. I phoned al 7 numbers back, "Welcome to OUTsurance..." Why would I want to insure anything with a company that would blatantly lie to my face about a simple thing as spamming me, and need to trust them with a life changing event as lets say life insurance.

Remove my information from your system. Phone number, email address, everything.
