I called OUTsurance to review my annual updated policy document. As usual there was no waiting in lines or lot of prompts and options to select to get to the correct department. I was then offered a call back to save my phone bill which I accepted. The consultant SHERWYN ECKERSLEY immediately called back. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and assisted me swiftly with all my queries. I also added a few items to the policy based on his guidance. He then also offered to speak to my son who also have a Outsurance policy and he rendered the same friendly and professional service to my son. What a pleasure to work with such brilliant individuals like SHERWYN ECKERSLEY.
