Bitterly disappointed

<p>So I called Outsurance to query my rerate for the year as well as amend my marital status from Married to Divorced. I was shocked to find out my premium increasing with R230 or so because of my marital status changed. How can you justify such a steep increase to such an immaterial matter that barely affects my risk profile? My premium sure as hell did not go down by R200 when I initially got married. After such a long and satisfying relationship I am now left with no choice but to seek insurance elsewhere and will be cancelling my policy in the next 24hours. There is simply no logical explanation for such an increase as it cannot under any circumstances justify so much risk to my profile simply because of that? Say goodbye to a low risk client who in 17 years of being insured have only once claimed for glass and once for a lost key. I have lost faith in your honesty and supposed transparency. </p>
