billed for a car no longer in my possession

I enquired about a quote for a new car and they used the new details and adjusted my premiums on my old car.the premium on my old car was r422 and changed to r640.the car is sold not in my possession so I called the next day to cancel the policy of with them as the car was sold. they cancelled my policy but also debited my account of r163. so they have app**** that quote to my old car with out consultation or agreement. I complained yet it was debited. I want to be refunded asap!
