Biggest ****s as long as they get your money
They dont email you cause they try to avoid for you to have prove for the ombudsman and lawsuits like Shane Ramsay at legal and the complaints dep and legal team and their reply will always be you the fault they try to reach you they owe me a refund but are quick to call the bank and said i didnt pay them but they never pay out my claim which they bridged the comprehensive cover contracts worst insurance company never use they they a ****
