Millicent Santi assisted me with a slightly complicated vehicle insurance claim. The service she provided, her knowledge and compassion throughout the entire process was nothing short of remarkable. She really goes above and beyond to assist customers - often after 5pm. I have been so impressed with Outsurance's standards and service and with people like Millicent on their team, I feel like I'm in capable hands!
