Beyond impressed!!

Less than 4 hrs ( Thursday afternoon), after I made the phone call, Mr Filmalter had contacted me and made arrangements for himself and the relevant contractor to come and assess the damage caused by a storm, the next day (Friday morning), both Mr Filmalter and Mr de Sousa (Contractor) arrived on time and made their relevant assessments. Mr de Sousa was even so kind as to temporarily fix the cause of the leak, so that no further damage could be caused. On Monday afternoon I was contacted by Mr Filmalter to inform me that my claim had been approved and that Mr de Sousa would be in contact with me to arrange a suitable date for them to commence with the necessary repairs. On Tuesday morning Mr de Sousa contacted me to make the necessary arrangements. Their service was exceptional - what a great team!!
