Beyond Exceptional Service

<p>I had the misfortune of lightning striking my TV and various other items. Even thou I had a lightning protector this did not help me and I thought this was going to be the start of a nightmare claim.<br /><br />I've never had an issue with Outsurance dealing with my claims, and have to say yet again they have proven to me why I keep coming back to Outsurance. Cedric Ntsoane was just an absolute refreshing person to deal with! When you talk about customer service and listening to the customer then Cedric is a prime example of doing it right! <br /><br />Except for a few hiccups (not his fault) and one item outstanding that is only available this week, this was dealt with in such a fantastic way that I will recomment Outsurance to anyone .. yet again.<br /><br />Thank you Cedric and Outsurance for being one of the few companies who actually listen to the customer, and 99.99% of the time come to a solution that suits the customer and not your back pockets! You are one of only a few companies who actually care.</p>
