Beyond exceptional

<p>I was assisted by a couple of consultants at Outsurance concerning a refund. I cannot even begin to explain the exceptional service I received.</p> <p>Kay-Lee Smith whom I spoke with last was a positive ray of sunshine and her friendly voice just lit up my day.
