BEWARE!!!Outsurance fitting generic, non compliant to vehicle features windscreens!!!

Absolute pathetic service! First fit a generic windscreen that had a direct influence in my vehicle features not functioning properly. Did not even deny the generic fitment. Now trying to get the original fitted and after a lot of promises, me having to move appointments around for 9:00 this morning, I get a call to inform me yesterday afternoon it ain't happening. I explained that I have a full day and can't be on standby for whenever they ever decide I am important enough, they simply don't care. I have to make a plan but hey, we don't want to inconvenience you.

I am cancelling my insurance, no client has to ever deal with such pathetic service (no wait, it does not exist so can't even be called pathetic!!!)
