Beware of the *** repairs when cliaming...

I’m so furious with the service that my husband and I received from Outsurance and Alberton Panel beaters. We logged a claim and it was approved for repairs. No existing damages except the damages we claims for today on the 28/11/2019, we go collected our car. The windscreen is cracked and there is a weird sound while driving. My husband decided we leave the car and not take it. He was collecting the car and off to work. Now he can’t go to work cause the insurance has no curtesy car for him he was stuck there at the panel beaters with his work personal belonging, no plan B was made. I am very furious as I’m worried that our car might have been stripped and we could have ongoing problems from now.( eg. Laptop)
