BEWARE OF OUTSURANCE

HI There, just thought to share the pathetic experience received from OUTsurance.

We have lodged a claim regarding my wife's accident, OUTsurance insists to fit second hand vehicle parts at a panel beater whom's work is not up to par, they have marked up over two thousand rand on the second hand parts as I also called to price the parts from the same supplier. Whom is pocketing this markup??
