Beware of Outsurance: Awesome untill you have to claim

<p>I heard alot of complaints about Outsurance but never thought that it could happen to me. I have been with Outsurance for almost 10 years. I adhered to my side of the agreement by paying my almost R3 000.00 premiums every single month and by looking after my property and vehicles. We were unfortunately another statistic where we were surprised in the early morning hours and held up at gunpoint. My last worry was that I would not be compensated by my insurance company!!. The assessor informed me today that he could only "motivate" for electronics to be replaced. This will be delivered to me. This according to him was the final evaluation and nothing else will be added ( happy client or not). None of the expensive power tools or other household items will be replaced as the assessor could not "motivate" this. Maybe Mr Govender could start working on his "motivating" s****s?. Outsurance is definately loosing my business. </p>
