beware of OUTsurance
I was in a vehicle accident and claimed from them they send a email on how much my vehicles Wil be paid out for after I changed the ownership these snakes decided to cut R10k of the amount. Do not do business with these snakes that changes your policy while you claiming.

Further to our initial reply, we can confirm that our claims manager, Ntlhari, contacted you to address your concerns.
You had insured your vehicle as a 2017 model however during the assessment it was identified that your vehicle is a 2016 model. Ntlhari advised you that we will refund the premium difference.
