Beware: Inappropriate deceit outsurance overcharging me monthly premiums upon claim they paid me quarter.
Inappropriate deceit outsurance overcharging me monthly premiums upon claim they paid me quarter. Have been insured outsourced value for 10k and being paying premium of R559 every month with the excess of R1550. However upon a claim they have devalued the item to R3159. They no longer insure the product at 10k yet the access remains the same. Cannot understand the catch 22. Yet one is been with them for years and they never enlighten you as they quick to collect my annual premium and deceived upon a claim.

Isabel contacted you to address your concerns and she discussed the sum insured in detail with you. She also informed you that the excess is a flat rate excess and not a percentage based excess.
