bettering expectations

I was unfortunate to lose my car last year due to the negligence of the other driver. Outsurance followed up and got him to pay for my excess. Then when he defaulted and after various attempts at getting my money out of him, they were ready to give up. Then Erica Korb put on her big girl pants and got the defaulter to pay up the rest of the money which I received today. Well done Erica!!
