BETTER THAN AWESOME

I simply don't know better words to describe the level of service I received when I called to claim for damaged glasses yesterday. Nombuh was businesslike but very kind, explained the procedure clearly, followed up with an email to confirm, as well as an sms message with the claim number. I submitted the quotation from the supplier via email to her this morning and within a few minutes received a phone call to confirm my banking details and telling me that the funds will be deposited today. I have never experienced this level of service and competency before. Outsurance is awesome and you have an awesome employee!
