10-11 years ago, I was just starting out as a freelancer in a new city and I was feeling the strain of dealing with new suppliers. I dont usually approach the "big guy" in an industry and prefer to work with smaller companies for more personal service, but this time I was in a rush.Im so glad I made that call. A decade on and Im still with Outsurance. The service has been nothing short of amazing, my claims are dealt with quickly and Ive never lost out on business as a result of a replacement delay.Outsurance gives me the freedom to replace items how I see fit, the agents Ive dealt with genuinely care about my wellbeing and on 2 occasions they have helped me find better cover AND save me money at the same time! Theres a reason why you are such a big well-known company. You are amazing. Thank you for supporting the little guy and helping me get where I am today; with the peace of mind that my gear is insured and replacing it is easy when something goes wrong.
