<p>I contacted Outsurance for a quotation by sending an sms. The sms was attended to about 5 mins after I send it. The lady who called me was very suffiecient and prompt, it took in total 30 minutes and I had my quotation. Unfortunately the quotation was more that what I am paying at the moment. I was then contacted by another section requesting my current policy and a letter from my insurance co that I had not claims in the last 3 years. I submitted it to Outsurance on their website and I got an sms confirmation that I qualify for the R800 bonus. 3 days later I got the remittance from OS and the money was paid into my bank.
