RICARDO DE CASTRO..... he is the guy who made me choose outsurance as my insurance company if it wasnt for him I would not have gone with them... he went the extra mile for me and kept helping me even though it was out of his sector he still helped me along side his manager/supervisor.<br> <br> This guy deserves a raise as well as a bells wiskey Lol.<br> <br> He has humour and is friendly he made a lengthy process very short.<br> <br>
