Best service from Outsurance

I changed my pet insurance to Outsurance 2 years ago, and have received exceptional service from the company and their agents. I submit the paid invoices from the Vet, and within 2 hours receive notification that all has been received, this last invoice was for general health care, ie. vaccinations, worm and tick control , and received notification same day as submitting that the claim was processed and the value that would be in my account within 3 days. Outsurance has never let me down. I have 7 pets insured with medical aid. The policy that I took was middle of the range. I have had other claims and exactly the same service, just the very best in the industry.
