Friday the 20th I bumped into some1's vehicle while driving back home. I instantly called my insurance (Outsurance) and the guy called Hector Ntswane really helped me to understand the procedure and he also put me at ease. Monday the 23rd I then took my car to Riverside Autobody for assessment which I got the quotation later that day and everything was finalized between my insurance and the panel beaters.
