This week I purchased Flea, Tick and Deworming medicine from my vet. I always pay straight away. The next morning I sent in the claim, within 45 min a representative called me. The claims were processed that day, and the following day I received by email a notification that all were processed and the monies would be deposited within 3 days. The service from Outsurance is incredible. 3 Days from start to finish.
