Been going through some financial difficulties, and as a result i decided to cancel policies (Life). I contacted Outsurance to cancel the policy ,was refereed to Sifiso to assist in cancellation (Assume he works for Retention department). He assisted me with so much patience ,not forcing any decision on me but rather empathising with me and seeking better and more sensible forms to deal with my distress at the same time not compromising my policy benefits.<br> <br> We agreed on a number of changes, and that which was suppose to be cancellation was converted into amendment of cover.
