My journey with Nokwanda was not smooth at first because i was a bit frustrated but she kept her calmness and update me every step of the way,i lodged a claim on the 06 November 2024 after loosing my iphone 15 pro max that i purchased around May and immediately she was assigned to my case.She is very knowledgeable and equipped and take pride of her job.She was there from day one till the last day when the claim was approved.All i can sat to her is i was the most difficult human being to deal with but you understood my frustrations.Thank you for everything much appreciated Nokwanda definitely proud client of Outsurance..
