BEST SERVICE EVER

I put in a claim on the 26/01/2016 for my lost cell-phone- at about 14H00- Nicolette Davids who called me back on my friend's phone and was so professional and assisted me effortlessly - she processed my claim the same day and within 2 hours, she had already processed and finalised my claim. She called me to advise me of the outcome of the claim and the settlement- payment reflected the next day on the 27/01/2016. I have not received such good service in a while and I think Nicolette deserves a compliment for the outstanding work she does- she really is an asset for Outsurance and a shining start...
