We had a bad storm that resulted in items being badly damaged in my home I called outsurance and logged a claim. They promptly had someone come to my home, in a remote area. The damaged items were assessed and removed for me., thereafter within 3 days I received a call to verify everything., and the following day I was paid out for the replacement value less my excess. I received very prompt and professional assistance.
