<p>Claim number ********** 8 I had the misfortune of being involved in a motor vehicle accident an alleged drunk driver jumped a stop str and we collided with in excess of 80k damage to our chev CRUZE well from start to finish OUTsurance and has been absolutely fantastic the call centre was professional and caring and everything was handled with the efficiency, then came the call from Cyril Moodley who handles the claims from an assesors side well I can only speak from havING to deal with this absolute gentleman of a man who was so kind and caring and acted with the utmost professionalism today we met with him and wow wow wow before we drove inot our driveway a call to say our claim has been approved and we will be paid out next week Thursday .OUTsurance u guys are stars absolute amazing service and all I can say is wow wow wow u guys have turned a really negative accident into a positive thank you all so so so much outsurance has definitely saved our Christmas</p>
